Abstract：
在WTO倡导的自由贸易中，绿色壁垒作为环境保护国际化的一种重要举措，引起人们对其关注。通过对绿色壁垒与WTO规则的冲突进行分析，提出应对两者冲变的看法，尤其对发展中国家应对绿色壁垒问题加以分析与论述，提出对此问题的理解。
