Abstract：
在WTO倡导的自由贸易中,绿色壁垒作为环境保护国际化的一种重要举措,引起人们对其关注。通过对绿色壁垒与WTO规则的冲突进行分析,提出应对两者冲突的看法,尤其对发展中国家应对绿色壁垒问题加以分析与论述,提出对此问题的理解。
