在对数字图书馆的特点进行分析的基础上,对传统著作权评估理论和模型进行修改,采用考虑社会效益的收益现值法来评估著作权的新评估方法,进而构建一个用来合理评估数字图书馆环境下的著作权真实价值的评估指标体系及模型.
