采用烧结法制备了Sr0.5Ba0.5Nb2O6(SBN)铁电微晶玻璃,并对其结构、介电性能进行表征.结果表明,随SBN含量的增加,主晶相从石英转变成焦绿石相CaNb2O6,最终转变成钨青铜相铌酸锶钡;同时,εr逐渐升高.经900 ℃/ 2 h+1250 ℃/ 2 h烧结的10%玻璃和90% SBN(质量分数)组成的样品在85℃附近存在一个明显的弥散介电峰,其峰值对应的温度随频率的增加而升高,为典型的弛豫铁电相变.室温下,其εr高达947 (1kHz).
