Abstract：
将胶体金免疫层析法应用于前列腺特异性抗原PSA的检测,研制了基于PIC16F877单片机的前列腺炎快速测试仪.该仪器经临床检验,与Beckman发光检测仪检验结果线性相拟,有临床应用价值.
