以苯乙酮酸和苯乙酮酸甲酯为底物,从10株不同种类的菌株中筛选出具有不对称合成R㈠-扁桃酸及其甲酯活性的酵母菌S.c1.以此菌为出发菌株,进一步采用紫外和微波复合诱变技术,分别筛选获得突变菌S.c1-MA16和S.c1-ME10,其对应的扁桃酸和扁桃酸甲酯得率分别达99.0%和93.7%,R构型对映体过量值分别为99.8%和99.2%;其最优转化条件均为:转化培养基pH6.5和温度38℃.
