Abstract：
三白草Saururus Chinensis(Lour.)Baill,根据＜中华人民共和国药典＞记载,具有清热解毒和利水消肿的功效,内服治疗尿路感染、支气管炎等,外敷治疗痈疮疖肿和皮肤湿疹[1].还有抑制醛糖还原酶的作用,对预防糖尿病所致的白内障有益.本研究应用三白草对四氧嘧啶型糖尿病小鼠[2]单次和连续多次给药后,测定三白草对其体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醇(MDA)、血糖(GLU)的影响来研究三白草对四氧嘧啶型糖尿病的治疗作用.
