Abstract：
世界贸易组织批准了中国大陆及台湾加入WTO的申请.从法律层面看,两岸分别加入世界贸易组织将对会给国家统一事业带来正面的影响,两岸将利用加入WTO的机遇在立法方面进行更多的交流,同时,中国大陆的司法改革也将为两岸的经贸合作创造更好的环境.
