Abstract：
世界贸易组织批准了中国大陆及台湾加入WTO的申请。从法律层面看 ,两岸分别加入世界贸易组织将对会给国家统一事业带来正面的影响 ,两岸将利用加入WTO的机遇在立法方面进行更多的交流 ,同时 ,中国大陆的司法改革也将为两岸的经贸合作创造更好的环境。
