创新教育是当前教育系统从思想观念到操作运行机制的一场深刻大变革.从微观角度讲,提高教师素质应是实施创新教育的决定性环节.文章主要论述教师素质在创新教育中的作用,以及创新教育对教师创新意识、师德修养、知识结构、业务能力、心理素质诸多方面新要求.
