Abstract:
目前广泛用于免疫分析及核酸探针的电化学发光(ECL)试剂是三联吡啶钌配合物,但该试剂国外售价昂贵,合成难度很大,因此寻找新型、高效、价廉的电化学发光试剂有重要意义.近来,我们研究发现乙醇对碱性介质中的光泽精(10,10''-二甲基-9,9''-双吖啶二硝酸盐)的电化学发光有强烈的敏化作用,可使光泽精电化学发光的检测限达10-11 mol/L,超过文献[1]的报道值(在无乙醇的碱性介质中,检测限为5.3×10-7mol/L).
