没食子蓝在239 nm紫外光激发下,在414 nm处出现一个小的荧光峰,加入小牛胸腺脱氧核糖核酸(ctDNA),该荧光峰的强度大大增强.其荧光增强比值与ctDNA的浓度分别在低浓度区间(0.05~1 mg/L)和稍高浓度区间(1~10 mg/L)呈较好的线性关系,利用这一原理建立了一种用没食子蓝作为荧光探针测定DNA的方法.该方法相当简单,其检测限可达0.04 mg/L.
