Abstract:

用不同方法制备H2S气敏元件. 将(CH4)5H5[H2(WO4)6]*H2O重结晶热分解得到纳米WO3材料, 再掺杂ZnS以及Al2O3制得的气敏元件对微量H2S气体具有较好的灵敏度、选择性和较快的响应恢复特性. 用X射线衍射仪分析了材料的微观结构.
