目的观察一种甲胎蛋白(AFP)定量金免疫层析(GICA)系统的临床适用性.方法用AFP GICA系统与电化学发光免疫测定系统对血清标本进行AFP对比测定.结果 2种方法测定结果相关性良好.结论AFP定量GICA系统有临床应用价值.
