Abstract：
目的 观察一种甲胎蛋白 (AFP)定量金免疫层析 (GICA)系统的临床适用性。方法 用AFPGICA系统与电化学发光免疫测定系统对血清标本进行AFP对比测定。结果 2种方法测定结果相关性良好。结论AFP定量GICA系统有临床应用价值
