Abstract：
教书育人是学校工作的主体工作,是教师的崇高职责.女教师是教书育人工作的主力军,我们要善于利用女教师特有的优势,充分发挥她们在教书育人工作中的作用,把教书育人工作贯穿于教学实践活动中.
