Abstract:
探讨硅酸铝纤维和氧化锆纤维增强SiC基复合陶瓷材料的制备工艺.研究了纤维的引入对试样的强度等物理性能的影响,进行了显微结构的初探.结果表明,纤维的引入能显著提高试样的强度和其它性能,试样中的纤维经1 450℃烧成后仍交错分散在基质中.
