Abstract：
近年来接连发生的＂酒驾肇事＂案件引起了社会各界的广泛关注和热烈讨论。2011年5月1日起全国人大常委会表决通过施行《刑法修正案(八)》,将醉驾等危险驾驶行为正式入罪。
