Abstract：
在构建上市高新技术企业绩效评价指标的基础上,根据灰色关联分析的基本理论,对福建省高新技术上市公司的绩效进行评价。评价结果表明,灰色关联分析的方法能比较客观地反映企业绩效,在企业绩效评价中使用效果较好。
