Abstract：
我国对教师的绩效评价起步相对比较晚,文章试图通过对国内外大学教师绩效评价的现状研究进行阐述,并从各个发展阶段及评价内容、绩效评价的制度、绩效评价的方法方面与国外进行比较,指出我国教师绩效评价目前发展中存在的不足。
