Abstract：
目前高校教师评价中存在着评价目的错位、形式泛滥等诸多问题,欲解决这些问题应结合新时期高校教师工作行为的特点,应用系统论的观点,在教师评价中关注教师的发展,采取在过程管理中的动态考评。
