Abstract：
本文在比较中美政府采购扶持高新技术产业发展概况的基础上,指出我国政府采购尚未发挥其推动高新技术产业发展的作用。政府采购政策是促进高新技术产业发展有效途径之一。据此,文章提出了我国运用政府采购促进高新技术产业发展应把握的政策原则及可实施的相应措施。
