政府公信力的失范极大影响了政府的形象和威信,制约着社会整体信用水平的提高,并影响了社会市场交易与资源配置的效率。为了规范政府失信,保证政府以维护社会利益为己任,提高政府的社会公信力,必须从政府的内在驱动和外在监督两个方面入手。
