Abstract：
阐述了采用直接沉积法制作MIM结构薄膜应变栅的工艺方法 ,对制备过程中所遇到的难点进行了分析并提出相应的解决方法 ,对所制作的薄膜应变栅式称重传感器进行了性能测试。
