Abstract:
从淡水、海水和厌氧生物反应器污泥中分离光合细菌,探讨其分离方法和生长特性.结果表明,平板涂布法有氧下培养适用于红螺菌科类光合细菌的分离,该类细菌在光照有氧下培养7d以上,大多能合成色素物质.光合细菌生长的适宜光照强度约为3000lx.由海水、淡水等分离源中分离的光合细菌,均能在0.1%-3%NaCl基质中较好生长.
