Abstract:

固体培养基的香菇菌丝体与pH5.0—5.5的5倍水混合、粉碎.在30-60℃的温度下追熟、酶解、增香,提取香菇菌丝体中的营养成份,将这些营养液与糖浆、香精,酸味剂调配,制 成可口优质的、具有香菇风味的饮料.
