Abstract:
量子点材料具有丰富的表面官能团、显著的量子尺寸效应,相较于体相材料具有许多独特的光电化学性质~([1-2])。本文以二氧化硅为载体采用连续离子层吸附法(SILAR)制备了CdS QDs/SiO_2样品,对制得的样品进行XRD、SEM、PL和UV-Vis等理化表征,并考察其可见光催化分解水产氢性能,结果表明制备的CdS QDs/SiO_2样品的光催化产氢活性约为体相CdS样品的3倍。
