Abstract:
可见及近红外光区磁光材料在多级激光放大器、光参量振荡器、光纤激光器等激光系统中被广泛的应用。铽铝石榴石(Tb3Al5O12,TAG)晶体的费尔德常数较已商品化应用的TGG晶体高出30~50%,同时还具有高的透过率,是综合性能优异的可见及近红外磁光晶体[1]。然而,TAG晶体熔融时是非同成份熔体,难以用熔体提拉法进行生长[2]。日本学者Fukuda,T.Geho,Mikio等人先后尝试采用微下拉法(micro-pulling-down method)和激光浮区法生长TAG晶体并获得成功[3]。但是,这两种方法生长的晶体尺寸仍偏小(直径<3mm),无法满足一些大尺寸器件的要求。与传统的提拉法晶体生...
