Abstract:

本发明涉及一种导模提拉法生长铽铝石榴石晶体的方法,该方法将内部带有纵向缝隙的导模模具放入坩埚中,再向坩埚中加入多晶原料,加热坩埚使多晶原料熔化,并使多晶原料的熔融体没过导模模具下部的缝隙,以使多晶原料的熔融体在毛细管效应的作用下沿着导模模具内的纵向缝隙上升到导模模具的上表面,然后下籽晶并提拉成与导模模具形状一致的单晶。本发明能够制备大尺寸铽铝石榴石单晶晶体,同时能够简化晶体的后加工工序,降低制备晶体的成本,且晶体生长速率快,制备的晶体光学均匀性好,解决了提拉法难以制备大尺寸体单晶的问题。
