Abstract:
采用改进的Stber方法在纳米银核上形成一可调厚度的SiO_2壳层(Ag@SiO_2),并利用3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APS)对Ag@SiO_2壳层改性,通过共价反应将异硫氰异硫氰罗丹明B(RITC)标记到该核壳纳米颗粒上。利用紫外吸收可见吸收光谱研究了不同厚度二氧化硅壳层对Ag@SiO_2纳米颗粒表面等离子体共振吸收的影响并用荧光光谱表征了荧光团修饰前后的Ag@SiO_2纳米颗粒光谱变化。
