Abstract:
<正> 扩展青霉(Penicillium expansum)所产生的脂肪酶经硫酸氨沉淀、Sephacryl 200柱层析后,再经嗜硫色谱(Thiophilic Chromatography)柱层析,被纯化了174倍。纯化后的脂肪酶达到了SDS-PAGE电泳纯、PGAE电泳纯及毛细管反相色谱(CLC)纯。脂肪酶N-端氨基酸序列测定的结果是:A T A D A A A FP D L H R A A K L S S A。
