Abstract:
本文首先介绍高校教师增能的四个维度:社会增能、学校增能、学生增能与心理增能,探讨增能各个维度的测量变量;其次,阐述大学教师本科教学倦怠的三方面表现:情绪衰竭、去个性化、低成就感及其对应的测量变量;最后,构建高校教师增能对缓解其教学倦怠的作用路径模型。
