Abstract:

传统的Buck—Boost不但输入输出极性相反,且实现软开关困难。四开关Buck—Boost是一种新颖的电路,主要用于分比式功率架构通讯电源预稳压部分,可以比较容易的实现软开关。本文分析四开关Buck—Boost电路软开关实现的过程以及条件,并且使用saber软件仿真以及数控芯片TMS320F2803验证了开关管ZVS开通。
