Abstract：
为获得气流搅拌法制备Al-7%Si合金半固态浆料的最佳工艺,运用正交试验方法分析不同搅拌工艺参数对A1.7%Si合金半固态组织的影响。通过直观分析与方差分析表明,气流搅拌法制备Al—7%Si合金半固态浆料的最佳条件为:搅拌时间为30S,搅拌温度为620℃,取样温度为605℃,气体流量为1L/min。
