Abstract:
采用毛细管电泳紫外检测法分离检测6种酪啡肽,详细考察样品的最大吸收波长,缓冲液的类型、pH值、浓度,分离电压,进样时间等对样品分离和检测的影响.在最优化条件下,以pH=11.0,30 mmol.L-1的磷酸盐缓冲液,成功地分离并测定6种酪啡肽.6个样品可以在9 min内得到较好分离,样品检测限为0.34~1.09μmol.L-1,样品分离的理论塔板数为1.35×104~7.07×104.
