Abstract:

用x射线光电子能谱(XPS)技术研究29Cr超级双相不锈铸钢在人工海水中经电化学极化后表面腐蚀产物.结果表明,材料的腐蚀是以点蚀为主的局部腐蚀;MoO4^2-,NH+和少量Noi吸附在钝化膜表面,从而提升钝化膜的保护作用.材料在人工海水中极化后的钝化膜表层主要由氢氧化物Cr(OH)3,FeOOH等和氧化物Cr2O3,Fe3O4,FeO,Fe2O3,MOo2,MoO3,NiO等组成;在膜的里层有大量的金属单质Fe,Cr,Ni,Mo等和氧化物Cr2O3,Fe3O4,FeO,MoO2,NiO等及金属氮化物Cr2N等;在钝化过程中,Cr2N向钝化膜表面富集,有利于提高钝化膜的抗点蚀能力.
