Abstract:

用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)技术研究29Cr超级双相不锈铸钢在人工海水中经电化学极化后表面腐蚀产物.结果表明,材料的腐蚀是以点蚀为主的局部腐蚀;MoO_4~(2-),NH_4~+和少量NO_3~-吸附在钝化膜表面,从而提升钝化膜的保护作用.材料在人工海水中极化后的钝化膜表层主要由氢氧化物Cr(OH)_3,FeOOH等和氧化物Cr_2O_3,Fe_3O_4,FeO,Fe_2O_3,MoO_2,MoO_3,NiO等组成;在膜的里层有大量的金属单质Fe,Cr,Ni,Mo等和氧化物Cr_2O_3,Fe_3O_4,FeO,MoO_2,NiO等及金属氮化物Cr_2N等;在钝化过程中,Cr_2N向钝化膜表面...
