Abstract:

采用一种新的、洁净的电极放电电弧加热光纤末端的方法制作了SiO2光学微球,得到微球直径在40μm~300μm之间。通过锥光纤与微球腔的耦合,用300kHz线宽的可调谐振激光光源的光波测试系统,以1pm步长从1530~1560nm扫描激发微球的回廊模,用以测试和分析了微球腔的形貌相关谐振谱,为制作基于微球的光纤通信器件提供研究基础。
