应用化学共沉淀法和溶胶一凝胶法制备了钇铁石榴石(YIG)多晶粉体,对XRD衍射峰的分析与计算结果表明,所制YIG为立方晶系,晶格常数α=1.2376nm,平均粉末直径分别为441.05和349.32nm,有少量达到100nm,与固相法相比,以上述两种方法制备的晶体有烧结温度低、组分均匀且不易出现偏差的优点。
