Abstract:
应用化学共沉淀法和溶胶-凝胶法制备了钇铁石榴石(YIG)多晶粉体.对XRD衍射峰的分析与计算结果表明,所制YIG为立方晶系,晶格常数a=1.2376 nm.平均粉末直径分别为441.05和349.32 nm,有少量达到100 nm,与固相法相比,以上述两种方法制备的晶体有烧结温度低、组分均匀且不易出现偏差的优点.
