本发明涉及一种沼水蛙的抗菌肽的氨基酸序列、分离纯化、制备方法及其在生物医药方面的应用。该抗菌肽序列为FLGALFKVASKLVPAAIRSISKK，经检测可抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌。本发明所涉及的抗菌肽具有结构新颖、抗菌活力强等特点，在新型多肽抗菌药物开发和应用方面具有重要价值。
