Abstract:

本发明公开了一种含羧基植物生长调节剂的高效微流电色谱分离方法,基于反相毛细管柱,含亲核基的化合物为流动相电解质,动态修饰反相柱填料,形成亲核基极性分离柱,对柱施加高压电场和微流液相分析模式,实现高效分离含羧基植物生长调节剂。本发明简便地实现了电渗流、电泳和极性色谱三者的综合作用,实现了极性羧酸类植物生长调节剂的毛细管电泳分离及亲核基吸附色谱分离。
