Abstract:

本发明属于电池薄膜材料与器件领域,具体涉及一种以La-TiO2为电子传输层的有机光伏电池及其制备方法。该电池包括氧化物透明导电衬底、有机活性层、空穴传输层和金属电极,其中,电子传输层是将La-TiO2溶液经溶胶凝胶法漩涂在氧化物透明导电衬底上而形成的La-TiO2透明薄膜。La-TiO2透明薄膜中La的掺杂比例为0.25-2wt%。本发明制得的光伏电池成本低廉、稳定、耐腐蚀性较好,对环境友好,易于大范围生产。
