Abstract:

本发明属于有机合成化学领域,具体涉及一种氮杂环卡宾催化合成多取代吡咯烷酮类化合物的方法。本发明以烯醛类化合物和α‑氨基酸酯为原料,在有机溶剂、碱和氧化剂的作用下,室温环境下,以氮杂环卡宾作为催化剂,反应后制得吡咯烷酮类化合物,所得产物经过重结晶或薄层层析或柱层析加以分离纯化。本发明制备方法绿色高效,与现有方法相比,该方法可适底物范围广,底物方便易得,反应条件温和,操作简便,而且反应效率高。
