Abstract:

本发明涉及一种基于高压电脉冲破碎的低品位金矿石堆浸方法,包括以下步骤:①原矿石经过开路粗碎和闭路中碎达到合适的粒度后,送入高压电脉冲破碎机进行处理;②用高压电脉冲破碎机对原矿石进行开路细碎,产品用湿式振动筛和分级设备进行联合分级;③较细的溢流产品给入到全泥氰化浸出系统,沉砂和粗粒物料与适量调碱石灰混合后筑成矿堆进行堆浸;④浸出完成后得到含金贵液和尾渣,贵液经吸附、解吸和冶炼后得到金产品。与现有技术相比,本发明提出采用高压电脉冲破碎处理低品位金矿石,其产品金暴露率高、细颗粒含量少,可明显缩短堆浸周期、减少浸出剂消耗、提高金浸出率。在堆浸的同时,细粒级分级产品也得到了回收。
