Abstract:

本发明属于电化学传感器领域,具体涉及一种基于氮化碳信号放大的光电化学传感器及其制备和应用。本发明以g‑C3N4为光活性材料,以待测物质的适配体为生物识别元件,以Na2SO4溶液为电解液,以GaN为工作电极;将g‑C3N4和待测物质的适配体加入电解液中,与三电极系统一起构成基于氮化碳信号放大的光电化学传感器。该传感器操作简单,灵敏度高。
