Abstract:

本实用新型涉及一种光通信波段聚合物波导光栅耦合器,包括光栅结构及波导结构,波导耦合光栅结构由衬底、低折射率波导下包层、高折射率介质层、高折射率波导芯层和空气层构成,波导结构由衬底、低折射率波导下包层、高折射率波导芯层和空气层构成。该聚合物波导光栅耦合器结构简单,耦合效率高,能有效降低聚合物波导与普通单模光纤之间通过端面耦合方式进行对准的难度,有助于推动聚合物集成光子器件在光传感与光互连方面的应用研究。
