Abstract:
采用射频磁控溅射方法低温制备硫化铜薄膜正极,研究了硫化铜薄膜作为锂离子电池正极的储锂性能.结果表明,硫化铜薄膜正极具有较高的放电面积比容量,在10μA/cm2的电流密度下,第二次放电面积比容量为71.5 uAh/cm2,循环50次后,电极的放电面积比容量仍有37.5μAh/cm2,所以该低温溅射的硫化铜薄膜正极具有集成于集成电路的潜力.
