Abstract:
为研制充电速度快且能满足工程应用的电磁铆接设备.基于恒流充电对电磁铆接设备充电系统进行数值分析、仿真和铆接试验研究.结果表明,采用恒流源,设定充电电流8A对8个电容以每两个串联后再并联充电到800V,充电时间仅需4.09s,相比传统8个电容全部并联恒压充电到400V,时间缩短近1/2,电容间电压偏差小于5%,能实现?8mm1040铝铆钉的铆接,说明恒流充电可大幅提升设备充电速度且能满足小尺寸铆钉的铆接.
