The　interaction　of　the　virtual　network　and　real　social　network　has　a　direct　influence　on　the　public　opinion　dissemination.　Deeply　research　and　analysis　the　university　public　opinion　dissemination　rule　which　had　obvious　community　structure　by　the　Two-layer　Coupling　Network　was　advantageous　to　the　management　of　the　public　opinion　in　universities.　According　to　the　theory　of　complex　networks,　a　separate　online　network,　single　line　and　Two-layer　Coupled　Networks　were　respectively　constructed.　Using　SIR　model　by　computer,　the　public　opinion　dissemination　was　simulated.　The　results　displayed　that　there　was　significant　differences　of　topic　dissemination　path　between　the　online　network　and　the　offline　network.　But　the　differences　became　very　similar　in　the　Two-layer　Coupling　Network,　the　dissemination　speed　was　faster　and　the　range　was　bigger.　The　Community　structure　had　certain　inhibitory　effect　on　public　opinion　dissemination,　but　the　inhibiting　effect　of　the　community　structure　was　weakened　in　the　Two-layer　Coupling　Network.　After　t　steps,　a　BA　scale-free　network　with　?　=t+m0　nodes　and　mt　edges　is　generated.　©　2021　ACM.
